AYT through its associates has capability of Primary and Secondary Engineering. AYT can undertake engineering works related to substations up to 400KV including primary and secondary engineering interface. AYT has the capability to do the Systems studies and interface engineering. AYT has done works like Power Quality Studies. Al Ghurair City is one of the largest and oldest Malls in Dubai. Their Distribution Network was operating at 6.6KV supply from DEWA. DEWA, under its new Distribution Plan will supply bulk power at 11KV. Hence, all the bulk consumers of DEWA operating at 6.6KV need to up grade their distribution network within their premises as per DEWA requirement. Al Ghurair City management asked AYT to execute this project. The main limitations were TIME and NON INTERRUPTION of Power to the resident members and corporate clients like Mashreq Bank. AYT completed in record time the engineering of 5X11KV/400V substations at Al Ghurair City, Dubai. The Scope of work consisted of Data Collection from the field, Short Circuit Calculation, Relay Setting Calculation, Modifications of Transformers, CTs/PTs, and Testing and Commissioning of Power Transformers, 11KV Switchboards, Protection and Meters.
